Blink is moving under PureGym, but the cancellation rules still hold: written notice, in writing. Here's how, plus a ready-to-send letter.
Enter your details below to receive your personalised cancellation letter by email.
Phone and email listed here are for general questions — to cancel, use the method in the first row above.
You'll need your name as on the contract, your member number, and your home club.
Certified mail to Blink Member Services, 386 Park Avenue South, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10016, or cancel in person at your club. Generate the letter above.
Blink's notice period is 45 days — longer than most — so you'll likely see one to two more charges. Send early.
Pay any cancellation fee ($60 in NY/NJ, $50 in PA on legacy plans) and the annual fee if it's due, then request written confirmation.
Check 2–3 billing cycles and dispute any charge after your cancellation takes effect.
PureGym acquired Blink Fitness in 2024 and is rebranding U.S. clubs to PureGym. Your existing agreement and cancellation terms still apply during the transition, but the website, app and member-services contact may redirect to PureGym — if a Blink channel doesn't respond, look for the PureGym US equivalent and keep your certified-mail proof either way.
Online cancellation is limited and inconsistent — the reliable routes are certified mail to Blink Member Services (386 Park Avenue South, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10016) or cancelling in person at your club. With the PureGym transition, always keep written proof of your request.
Blink uses a 45-day written-notice window, longer than the typical 30 days. Because of that, submit your cancellation as early as possible — you'll usually be billed through the notice period.
Legacy plans have a cancellation fee (about $60 in NY/NJ, $50 in PA). Check your agreement, and be aware the ~$59.99 annual fee can bill separately.
